About the Role:

As a Data Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for applying modeling techniques to specific therapeutic classes, individual clients, and at a macro level for all clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate rebate calculations and payments, and work with other departments to align modeling methodologies across our business.

You will embed forecasting models to predict future trends in drug utilization, costs, and savings, and provide insights into market dynamics that impact rebate strategies. Additionally, you will continuously improve forecasting accuracy through advanced statistical techniques, design predictive models to anticipate future healthcare trends, patient behavior, and treatment outcomes, and utilize machine learning algorithms to enhance model performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business value
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
  • Present findings and scenarios to internal and external audiences

**Requirements:**

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across a matrix environment to deliver business goals
  • Experience in working with and analyzing diverse datasets to develop business insight and strategy
  • Proven ability to work on projects with accountability to senior management-level stakeholders
