Clinical Nurse Manager Role in North Dublin

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing leader to join our team at a well-established nursing home in Ireland. As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

  • Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and families
  • Mentor and support staff through training and performance management
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with NMBI registration
  • Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and best practices in elder care
  • Previous experience working as a CNM or a Senior Staff Nurse to progress her career
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
