About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on a key leadership role within our client operations. Reporting to the Facilities Management Director, this position oversees both client relationships and the day-to-day operational delivery of a range of services to major corporate client portfolios.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and execution of contracts, with a focus on delivering exceptional service quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of services to contractual requirements and service level agreements
  • Evaluate and implement control measures to ensure safe working environments for subcontractors
  • Develop and implement quality measures and procedures to drive continuous improvement
  • Prepare and present regular financial reporting forecasts and business reports
  • Identify and present opportunities for process improvements and manage contractual obligations
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding operational needs and communicate effectively across departments
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Provide clear direction and resolve potential off-target performance issues
  • Lead, motivate, and develop internal teams to promote a cohesive work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong business operator with excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in complex financial reporting models and ability to develop strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative networks within and outside the organization
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and innovate
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience in managing large teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the facilities management industry, with at least one core competency

Additionally, you should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in blue-chip organizations
  • Degree qualification and relevant certifications
