Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.


Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting as needed.
  2. Assist with daily living activities, such as dining, socializing, and participating in activities.
  3. Respect and maintain the confidentiality and dignity of all residents.
  4. Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum partial QQI Level 5 Award in Healthcare or equivalent qualification. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
