About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and delivering high-quality swimming lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Swimming Lessons: Deliver engaging and structured swimming lessons to babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment.
  • Attendance and Achievement Recording: Accurately record students' attendance and achievements, providing valuable insights for parents and management.
  • Communication and Representation: Develop strong relationships with customers, representing the organization in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Holding relevant qualifications such as a swimming instructor and lifeguard certification is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience: Must demonstrate extensive experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Personality: Possess a kind, playful, and active personality, able to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Driver's License and Car: Hold a full driver's license and have access to your own vehicle for travel purposes.
