About The Role

  • As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs.
  • You will play an important role in ensuring the quality of work carried out for our clients.
  • You will take an active part in the initial setup of new funds and liaise with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as part of the set up process.
  • You will oversee the preparation and collation of Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence files.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the funds and follow up with third parties, including investors and fund managers.
  • You will handle the fund accounts and prepare periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities.
  • You will prepare the funds' periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, manage the audit, and review other fund related reports.
  • You will coordinate and arrange investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements.
  • You will organise and participate in board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
  • You will review tax returns and tax balances and maintain relevant contacts with the tax authorities.
  • You will accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure our clients are correctly invoiced.
  • You will proactively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by your managers or clients.
