Job Overview

The role of a Quality Assurance Engineer, Senior involves providing Process/Quality Engineering support to manufacturing and projects to ensure delivery of the highest quality product to customers.

This includes supporting product development teams in ensuring high-quality new products.

Purpose of the Job
  • Provide Process/Quality Engineering support to manufacturing and projects.
  • Support product development teams in ensuring high-quality new products.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments, including Research and Development, Operations, and other Quality Functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate project levels of effort and resource requirements using standard estimating techniques.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
  • DIRECT project execution by assigning tasks and tracking project schedules.
  • Communicate project status through standard status reports and departmental meetings.
  • Resolve project issues by working with team members and stakeholders.
  • Translate business strategy into meaningful objectives and day-to-day activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • National Framework of Qualifications level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong understanding of business unit function and cross-group dependencies.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret results.
  • Leadership skills to direct project teams and influence middle management.
