Site Management Professional

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious professional to support the commercial and technical management of our on-site projects. The role involves overseeing all on-site activities to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, to high-quality standards.

  • Support planning, management, and monitoring of construction work while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Assist with understanding project documentation, schedules, and construction methods.
  • Help coordinate daily tasks and activities, ensuring they follow safety and quality standards.

The sites will be located in various regions, including the West, Midlands, and North West. On smaller sites, the role may also include acting as a First Aider or Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring project progress and reporting any risks or issues to the project manager.
  • Maintaining a quality log to track subcontractor work and ensuring timely resolution of defects.
  • Conducting basic safety checks and supporting health and safety audits as directed.
  • Ensuring workers receive a site-specific induction and that training records are kept up to date.
  • Managing subcontractor performance and escalating issues when needed.
