Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that involves working with clients to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous materials.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse client requests for the transfer of dangerous goods/hazmat materials and provide solutions for onward shipping.
  • Provide detailed interpretation of global regulations to facilitate safe and fluid transport by air, road, and sea.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities based on lead time and urgency.
  • Offer guidance on national and international regulatory and logistical compliance.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or hazardous materials.
  • Excellent team player with solid communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply follow-up and organisational skills.
  • National and international dangerous goods regulations knowledge is highly desired.
