High Profile QA Test Analyst

The Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Analyst to join our team.

  • Work as part of the IT QA testing team and align with best test management practices to ensure the quality of mission critical systems/applications.
  • Drive the development of test approach, timelines, and estimate documentations in collaboration with QA Lead and enablement teams.
  • Collaborate with enablement teams on risks and issues with a focus on solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Preparation: Align with business on requirements, develop manual test cases, create test data and schedule, and plan tests.
  2. Manual Testing: Execute tests as per project plans.
  3. Defect Management: Identify, triage, log defects in JIRA, and work with developers for fixes deployment.
  4. Reporting and Tracking: Report and track test progress daily/weekly using a metrics-based approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience working as a QA Test Analyst or similar capacity.
  • 3+ years' experience testing APIs using Postman, querying/updating DB using MSSQL, and ISTQB certifications.
  • Health Insurance experience is an advantage.
