Clinical Director

The Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the operational efficiency of our clinic, driving team performance to achieve exceptional sales targets in laser eye surgery, IOL procedures, glasses, and contact lenses sales.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, ensuring high levels of professionalism, customer care, product knowledge, and selling skills are met.
  
• Lead by example, promoting the benefits of laser eye surgery, IOL, contacts, and glasses with passion and conviction.
  
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance, upholding the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness to promote a professional image.
  
• Recruit, induct, coach, and support staff to ensure they meet knowledge and competence standards, fostering teamwork between professional, clinical, and retail teams.
  
• Oversee Health and Safety aspects for the Clinic and its employees, ensuring guidelines and legal requirements are upheld.
  
• Maximise conversion opportunities with patients for premier treatments and optical products, providing expert advice on suitable solutions for their needs.

• Proven track record as a Retail or Clinic Manager.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Articulate and well-presented, with meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  
• Experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook, with ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
  
• Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity, and discretion, with self-motivation and enthusiasm to succeed.
  
• Optical experience and proven track record of developing a team through performance management.
