
Chief Transformational Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Leader to spearhead our organisational development, shaping our leadership strategy and building a centre of excellence for learning.
This high-impact role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and requires a strong ability to influence our leadership and talent agenda. As a hybrid position, you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure transformational and future-fit leaders across the organisation.
- Design and deliver impactful leadership development programmes for Executives, Potential Talent, People Leaders, and employees at all levels.
- Build on existing initiatives to upskill People Leaders with capabilities, skills, and knowledge to enhance current and future performance.
- Promote inclusive and diverse environments, aligning diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to design, deliver, and brand leadership programmes.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and budgets for programmes and licenses.
- Assess and develop leadership and people development programmes across the organisation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed strategic priorities and align leadership with these objectives.
About You:
- 15+ years' experience in Organisation Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning, and Change Management.
- 10+ years' experience managing and leading people.
- Strong leadership, proactivity, innovation, and organisation skills.
- Advanced communication, relationship-building, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current talent solutions, techniques, and tools.
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in Organisation Development, Organisational Behaviours, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related HR field.
- Qualified in a range of psychometrics (Level A & Level B, EQi, and tools such as Insights Discovery, Korn Ferry, Hogan, etc).
