Job Role

A Graduate Quality Assurance position is available for an engineering graduate to develop quality standards, procedures and apply process control methods within production.

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to begin a career in quality within a hands-on manufacturing environment.

  • Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures.
  • Support testing activities and identify issues and improvement areas.
  • Review materials and technical drawings to ensure product accuracy.
  • Prepare quality documentation and assist in developing/updating SOPs.
  • Apply process control and testing methods within production.
  • Participate in the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Assist with inspection and testing of moulded components against specifications.
  • Support the tracking and resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with the team to monitor and address supplier-related quality issues.
  • Take part in internal and external audit preparations and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Biomedical or related engineering/science disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in quality, manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
