We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in North Dublin. As a trusted business advisor to SMEs across various sectors, we require an individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:- Posting monthly Sales Invoices and Debtor Receipts for clients
- Posting monthly Purchase Invoices and Creditors Payments for clients
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Preparing monthly payroll and submission to Revenue
- Preparation and filing of Vat returns to Revenue for clients
- Preparation and filing of Payroll to Revenue for clients
- Preparation and filing of RCT returns for clients
- Ad hoc duties on request
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform financial analysis and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Qualified Accounts Technician or similar qualification
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Experience with a range of accounting packages an advantage
