Ryanair is seeking a skilled Reliability Technical Services Engineer to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continued airworthiness of our fleet.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and analyzing maintenance data to identify reliability issues and potential solutions.
  • Developing and implementing reliability improvement plans in collaboration with OEMs and other stakeholders.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on reliability performance to executive management.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improve processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a technical related discipline with a focus on data analysis.
  • Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
