About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our First Line of Defence, you will be responsible for performing back-office day-to-day processing services supporting our Corporate Banking client base in Europe.

The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations on process enhancements.

You will develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency, as well as develop reports and presentations on operational performance to communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.

In addition, you will participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

  • Support various business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identify industry trends to implement best practice in banking operations.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of operational risk and control environments. Requirements
  • Ability to analyse operational processes and complete tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of operational risk, control environments and ability to identify enhancements to processes.
