Role Overview:

This strategic role enhances our vision of integrated operations, emphasizing agility and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing transformation initiatives impacting overall Supply Chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: control budgets and expected outcomes related to Supply Chain initiatives, manage resource allocation, identify potential workload issues, and define a meaningful allocation process with workstream leaders.
  • Collaborate with Cluster SC leads, Supply Chain CoE, and Cluster Transformation Leads to integrate new processes and technologies across multiple Supply Chain areas (Demand Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Customer Engagement).
  • Accountable for project planning, tracking, scope management, execution, and reporting; identify and suggest improvements.
  • Manage changes and mitigation plans; resolve or escalate process/project issues through workstream leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status in compliance with reporting structure and templates.
  • E nsure project documentation is organized and accessible, managing confidentiality and strict attention to access rights on shared drives and information flow.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Supply Chain organization by facilitating workshops or meetings to discuss process improvements.

Driving Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with global analytics trends and industry insights to identify emerging technologies enabling increased agility within the Supply Chain.
  • Document all Supply Chain processes as part of project scope.
  • Identify main Supply Chain areas of opportunity to deliver efficiencies and risk mitigation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop new supply chain solutions and initiatives.
  • Manage performance metrics and data analytics to monitor progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in supply chain management and knowledge of supporting processes.
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced technological tools and methodologies within supply chain sectors.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting complex data and generating strategic insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading/coordinating diverse teams in a multicultural setting is essential.
