**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your caseload and maintaining standards of practice.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans for service users.
  • Fostering professional working relationships with colleagues and other healthcare personnel.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of documentation and communicating results of assessments and treatment programs to the team and relevant others.

**Essential Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • CORU registration.
  • A positive approach to working with older people with mental health issues.
  • Previous clinical experience in mental health with older adults (ideally).
  • A passion for healthy ageing and empowerment.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
