Role:

We are seeking a skilled trader to augment our FX and FI trading desks. This Dublin-based role will focus on European trading hours, involving managing, monitoring, and enhancing the existing strategy base across the desks, along with modeling and improving new strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize both FX and FI trading strategies to ensure accurate pricing across various trading venues.
  • Proactively manage intraday risk profiles and accumulated positions.
  • Collaborate with overnight trading teams to refine and validate our trading models.
  • Evaluate trading system performance.
  • Prioritize trading objectives and document evolving trading methodologies.
  • Work closely with our software development team to oversee the deployment of innovative dashboards and analytical tools.
