Looking for a Hands-on Lift Engineer Trainee who is eager to learn and grow with our team in Dublin. As part of our dynamic Repairs/Maintenance team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in lift installation, maintenance, and repair.

This role requires close collaboration with experienced Lift Engineers to gain valuable hands-on experience and knowledge. You will also be required to complete a 4-year Electrical apprenticeship, supported through a structured in-house development programme in conjunction with SOLAS.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out a range of tasks suited to your current level of training and development in the lift industry.
  • Attending SOLAS courses and completing coursework on time and to a high standard.
  • Providing support and liaison with Managers/Supervisors on relevant work activities.
  • Applying electrical principles associated with lift installation and lift maintenance to all electrical equipment and systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety practices in current legislation.
