Residential Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a residential care facility for children, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the facility operates in accordance with relevant childcare legislation and national standards.
  • Lead a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve service delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintaining compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A qualification in Social Care or equivalent at minimum QQI Level 7.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in children's residential care, with 2 years at team leader level.
  • Flexibility to work shifts if required.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Residential Childcare and Safeguarding legislation.
  • Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines.
  • A full driving licence and business insurance.
