Job Details

We are seeking a skilled IT Assets Management Risk support specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 12 months with the possibility of an extension.

  • Act as a liaison between infrastructure and IT Asset Management teams, supporting collaboration with Technology Risk and IT Audit functions.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide infrastructure asset data to the ITAM team, reducing operational burden on subject matter experts and team leads.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Infrastructure and ITAM teams, ensuring efficient information exchange and collaboration.
  • Support Technology Risk and Audit teams by coordinating responses to infrastructure-related queries and reporting requirements.

You will utilize various tools such as Service Now, Active Directory, VMware v Center, SCCM, Tanium, Logic Monitor, Solarwinds, Control Up, NICE NTR-X, Cisco Webex and MS- to maintain and improve asset discovery and reporting processes.
