About the Role:The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications strategies to promote the estate's brand and drive bookings.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote overnight stays and promotions
- Manage and grow the hotel's presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn)
- Maintain the hotel website and optimize content to improve search engine rankings
- Develop engaging and compelling content for the hotel's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage with existing and potential guests
- Manage business listings on OTAs and partners to promote the estate
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry
- Familiarity with Luxury Branding and strong understanding of marketing communications channels, tools, and best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with WordPress is preferable
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing
