As a Beverage Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the beverage operations of our hotel and arena. This is a senior leadership position that requires a dynamic and commercially-minded professional with experience in high-volume service, people management, and event operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both beverage and food service operations, with a proven track record in managing teams and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across all bars and venues, maintaining compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and developing strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a guest-centric culture across the team

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within a high-volume hotel or event venue
  • Strong background in both beverage and food service operations
  • Proven commercial acumen with budgeting and financial reporting skills
  • Strong leadership and people development experience
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Dynamic, commercially-minded professional with experience in high-volume service, a proven track record in people management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-event environment
