Job Description:
  • Lead and direct a team of nurses to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care for residents with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant regulations, NMC standards, and best practices to maintain high standards across the home.
  • Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care staff to enhance their skills and career progression.
  • Work closely with the Deputy Manager to drive excellence in all aspects of care provision.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Nurse Manager, preferably within a nursing home setting.
  • Active NMC registration with no restrictions.
  • Proven track record in clinical governance, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
