Lead Sustainable Farming Initiatives

Sustainability is at the forefront of our farm’s operations, and we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs aimed at reducing our environmental impact while promoting eco-friendly practices across the entire operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization in local and national forums to promote sustainable farming practices.
  • Develop and oversee sustainability programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with agricultural research organizations and farmer networks to drive innovation in sustainability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals focused on sustainability, fostering a positive work culture and driving growth.
  • Communicate complex sustainability concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in advising farmers on sustainable practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong team player with networking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range €60,000-€70,000 per year.
  • Bonus pay based on performance.
  • Full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
  • In-person work location.
