We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team at Wallace Myers International. As a Senior R&D Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new medical device products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products, equipment sets, or processes into production.

Key responsibilities include researching, developing, designing, and evaluating mechanical and electro-mechanical materials, components, assemblies, processes, and/or equipment, conducting feasibility studies to verify capability and functionality, and developing new concepts from initial design to market release.

You will also be responsible for writing and submitting intellectual property (patents), maintaining detailed documentation throughout all phases of development, and ensuring proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of engineering experience in a GMP environment, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of designing and developing medical devices.
