About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Manager Production Operations (Value Stream) to lead our manufacturing team and interface with other support functions to support daily value stream activities in meeting customer needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the manufacturing team and ensure product flow from raw material receipt to shipping finished product.
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics for the respective Value Stream and associated departments.
- Determine staffing plans for manufacturing personnel and equipment utilization to meet value stream production schedules.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree with 14+ years experience or Master's degree with 7+ years experience.
- Strong Quality Systems knowledge and experience interacting with auditors.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience and certified Kaizen leaders in DBS.
- Leadership skills to positively influence and motivate others.
