Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Design and Development: Oversee the design, development, and testing of technical systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
  2. Integration and Deployment: Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new systems and ensure seamless deployment, minimizing downtime and disruption.
  3. Technical Standards: Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all technical systems.
  4. Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and support to colleagues, external partners, and customers as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical systems management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong technical expertise in hardware and software systems, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
