Main Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into deviations and incidents
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence
- Mentor others on cGMP expectations and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements

Requirements
- BSc, MSc, PhD in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years' experience in bioprocess development and/or manufacturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of GXP manufacturing processes
- Ability to work effectively in a regulated environment
