We are seeking Accommodation Assistants to join our team in a 4* hotel in Kilkenny. The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Sunday, daytime hours.

The role involves assisting with the smooth operation of the hotel's accommodation department. This includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their queries and requests
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve the hotel's goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
