  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leads to develop and execute HR strategies focused on employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide support, thought partnership, and coaching to managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and ER issues.
  • Define and implement best HR solutions for the organization, providing consultation and coaching services to managers and employees.
  • Analyze data to evaluate and influence employees and management on significant or unique issues in employee relations and organizational capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Studies/Psychology/related HR discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience working in similar positions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to interact with VP-level professionals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with proven ability to handle sensitive matters.
  • Experience working in large global/matrixed organizations, effectively organizing multiple assignments simultaneously.
