We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Medical Device Engineer to design and develop hardware systems incorporating wireless communication, neuromodulation, and physiological sensing.

This role focuses on the development of complex electronic systems while supporting validation, manufacturing, and product lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital and low-noise analog circuit design, proficiency in embedded systems development, and experience working with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. 1. Collaborating with the Product Development team to design, build, and test current and next-generation medical devices.
    2. Supporting all phases of product development, from concept through to post-production.
    3. Participating in circuit prototyping and managing relationships with prototyping service providers.
    4. Contributing to validation testing including EMC, wireless coexistence, safety, reliability, and performance.
    5. Facilitating design transfer by working closely with manufacturing and quality teams.
    6. Providing technical support to manufacturing to optimize production processes and ensure efficiency.
    7. Designing, developing, and validating custom PCBA test equipment for internal product testing.
    8. Investigating hardware failures from the field and participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    9. Conducting design work using CAD tools such as Altium, SPICE, and MATLAB.
    10. Solving engineering challenges using sound principles from basic concepts to complex problem-solving.


The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or a related discipline) and at least 3 years' experience in the medical device industry (or other highly regulated sectors) in a product development or manufacturing role.
