Job Summary

Crosscare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Director of Youth Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and services to meet the needs of young people in our community.

About the Role

The Director will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and services to young people. This will include developing and implementing new programs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement new programs and services as needed
* Manage and supervise a team of staff and volunteers
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
* Manage budgets and financial resources
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
* Represent the organization at various committees and events

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A third-level professional qualification in a relevant area such as Youth Work/Studies or Social Care
* Minimum 5 years' experience working in the youth sector
* Experience of managing staff and budgets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
