Job Title: Digital Community Manager

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Community Manager to lead our social media strategy and develop engaging content across multiple platforms.

Your key responsibility will be to manage our online presence by creating and implementing a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with our business objectives. You will lead campaigns and projects across various social media channels, producing high-quality content, analysing usage data, building relationships with influencers and facilitating customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Tumblr and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools.
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand.
  • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
  • Undertake audience research and analysis.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using analytics tools.
  • Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
  • Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement.
  • Analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance.
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement and loyalty.
