A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our team in a hospital setting.
About the Role:
This is an exciting chance to work with children and their families, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients on the paediatric ward, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control practices
- Participate in education and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in paediatric nursing, with a minimum of two years post-graduation experience
- Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
