ERP Change Manager

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Change Manager to lead the implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. This is a critical role that requires expertise in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • This position involves developing and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the new ERP system by all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, preferably within an ERP environment, and be familiar with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can design, develop, and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.

The selected candidate will oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure users are well-prepared to use the new ERP system.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within an ERP environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
