Job Description

The Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for developing and proposing the short and mid-term goals, annual budget, and budget plan in line with corporate strategy.

You will also be responsible for preparing and proposing the annual finance budget of the site, ensuring monitoring and control of its evolution.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements, and promote the implementation and maintenance of Hovione's policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Finance or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience in finance and coordinating a team.

A technical background is preferred, and experience in a "Big Four" with financial auditing responsibilities is highly valued.

You should have proven leadership experience, effective time management skills, and ability to multitask.

A track record of overachieving targets and extensive knowledge of financial principles and practices are essential.

Good communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to lead others are also required.
