Job Description:

This role is focused on optimizing the movement of goods and products within our organization. As a Supply Chain Shipment Scheduler, you will play a critical part in ensuring that we meet our customer commitments.

You will be responsible for managing the flow of orders from receipt to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise. This includes using data from our enterprise resource planning system to allocate stock and schedule shipments accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize ERP system data to provide available stock balances and lead times to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Identify and allocate available stock or provide anticipated dispatch dates based on product lead times and shipment capacity.
- Schedule shipments to meet customer requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have experience with ERP systems and supply chain management principles.
