Staff AI Engineer

Overview: The Staff AI team is seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in embedded software development and experience in AI or DSP.

About This Role:

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of machine learning, programming languages such as C and C++, and experience working with embedded systems. They should be able to develop, optimize, and deploy AI models on our digital hardware platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining embedded software for our AI SDKs.
  • Optimizing and deploying AI and DSP models on embedded hardware platforms and development kits.
  • Collaborating with AI engineers to optimize machine learning models into efficient embedded implementations.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into our hardware platforms.
  • Debugging, testing, and validating embedded software to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2+ years of industry experience in embedded software development.

Skills: Proficiency in C and C++ programming for embedded systems, experience with embedded development tools, familiarity with AI or DSP concepts, and knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Preferred Skills: Experience with model optimization techniques, communication protocols, hardware interfaces, and system-level design.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
