Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the finance function, ensuring seamless accounting operations for receivables, payables, general ledger and cost accounting.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts and annual financial statements that accurately reflect organisational performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and monitor strategic organisational and departmental budgets, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.
  • Oversee internal controls and risk management initiatives to mitigate potential threats.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and key stakeholders as necessary to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Provide valuable financial insights to support informed strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience in a senior finance role is essential. Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills are required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial systems.
