Role Summary:Cineflix Media is seeking an experienced and skilled Account Receivable Specialist to join our team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle for our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate recording of accounts receivable transactions
- Handling customer queries and providing excellent communication skills
- Reviewing sales contracts for financial accuracy and ensuring information is recorded correctly
- Forecasting cash flow inflows on a weekly/monthly basis
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Minimum five years' experience in an accounts receivable role
- Sound background in sales ledger including sales order processing, issuing invoices, collections, and allocation of cash to customer accounts
- Experience working in a multi-currency environment
- Preparation of weekly cash inflow report for treasury on a weekly basis
