Job Overview:

As a Staff Nurse in Oncology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses and hold a current PIN
  • Have a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Must hold an Oncology qualification i.e. SACT or Post Grad in Oncology
  • Have at least 1 year's experience in an oncology setting
  • A qualification pertaining to the nursing speciality is desirable
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good IT skills with proficiency in all relevant applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to positively engage with patients and staff
