Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our SMB Sales team in Germany. As a key member of our EMEA sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth across the Salesforce clouds in the SMB segment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of first line Sales Managers and Account Executives for SMB Germany
- Provide support and mentorship to direct reports through client and prospect meetings or other corporate resources as required
- Execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in ACV bookings
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for growing SMB Sales in Germany
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market execution and pipeline generation initiatives
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Manage the sales process and set metrics for sales funnel management
Requirements:
- Proven 1st line leadership experience leading complex sales organizations
- Success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- Track record of leading and growing sales teams essential
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Fluency in English and German mandatory
