Retail Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Sales Assistant.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the over-the-counter (OTC) counter and shop floor sales, and being the main point of contact for our valued customers.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and customers
• Manage the OTC counter and shop floor sales, ensuring accurate processing and handling of transactions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A friendly and approachable nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude towards work, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Previous pharmacy experience and training, preferably in a retail environment
• Excellent team player skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active ability to multi-task and work off own initiative
