Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Projects Manager to join our team at Enva. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management of maintenance programmes and projects within our Greenogue Packaging division.

You will have a strong background in project management, engineering proficiency, and experience in managing teams. Your expertise will ensure that our facility and production meet their requirements in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Supply. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with stakeholders and leading by example.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive culture within the team. If you have a passion for delivering results-driven solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance programmes and schedules
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including feasibility studies, design, installation, commissioning, and contractor/sub-contractor management
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations
  • Partner with HSE officers to run safety initiatives and complete HSE checks and inspections
  • Improve production facilities and reduce costly breakdown incidents through proactive maintenance strategies
  • Manage and advise third-party contractors to ensure cost control and health and safety standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
