
Graduate Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking a Graduate Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical service to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal equipment performance.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and biomedical engineering principles, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing first-line technical service to customers
- Performing planned and predictive maintenance on diagnostic instruments
- Assisting with hardware and software updates and documentation
- Supporting installations and deinstallations of medical equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering, or Robotics, or a related field
- Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechanics is also accepted
