Plant Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment used within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Production for machine and equipment maintenance, installation, and modification.
- Support maintenance planning and preventive maintenance through completing work orders, calibrations, and documenting maintenance activities, upgrades, and parts used.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including repairs, upgrades, and system failure investigations.
- Adhere to Safety, Health & Environmental policies and procedures, carrying out all tasks safely and responsibly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Electrical Craft Qualification with multi-skilled plant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience of working within the food industry is preferred.
- Relevant H&S qualifications such as IOSH, Confined Spaces, etc.
- Experience in fault-finding diagnostics and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience using CMMS.
