Job Description:

This Maintenance and Quality Assurance Technician role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Manufacturing plant and equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS and quality compliance and be able to provide technical support in a variety of situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of planned and scheduled work
  • Response to unplanned adverse events
  • Stakeholder management
  • Near miss reporting and escalation
  • Risk assessment and management
  • EHS and GMP compliance
  • Housekeeping and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of GMP requirements
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic/instrument systems
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Plan programme
  • Knowledge of site safety, environment, security, change control process and GMP/work permit systems

Educational Requirements:

  • Time served/Qualified fitter/qualified electrician or E&I (fitter/electrician/Electrical Instrumentation)
