Adventure Programme Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our outdoor programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of safe and profitable outdoor activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement outdoor programmes for guests
- Manage and oversee the outdoor team's training, content, delivery standards, and team development
- Provide instruction in specialist areas relevant to the activities offered
- Support opportunities or projects affiliated with outdoor activities
The ideal candidate will have qualifications and experience in various outdoor activities, including instructorships such as RCI, CWI or ERCA, and up-to-date First Aid qualification. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, teamworking skills, and ability to motivate and inspire others.
Key Requirements:- Qualifications and experience in variety of outdoor activities
- Up-to-date First Aid qualification
- Previous management role in similar business
- Desirable 3rd level Qualification in related subject
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and exciting environment. They will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality outdoor experiences for guests.
